Middle School, Grades 7 & 8
Art Critique
Students will utilize their critical thinking skills through describing, analyzing, interpreting, and reflecting on various artworks and art movements.
Unit Project
Each unit will have an art history component by which the students' projects are based upon. Students are encouraged to use various elements of art and principles of design to create their artworks.
Unit Assessment
Students will show what they learned through in-class gallery walks, quizzes, and/or self-assessments.
